MathWave Web provides bespoke digital solutions, including web platform engineering, digital menu systems, and reservation architecture. All engagements commence with a Project Discovery phase. By submitting an inquiry, you acknowledge that your project scope will be finalized during this phase, and services will be rendered according to the specifications agreed upon in an official Proposal.

MathWave Web utilizes a "speed of thought" engineering methodology. We commit to a standard delivery turnaround of four (4) business days. This period commences only upon:

• The receipt of all necessary project assets (including, but not limited to, media, branding, and copy) from the Client.
• The receipt of the required 50% initial project deposit. Failure by the Client to provide required assets in a timely manner will result in a commensurate extension of the delivery deadline.

• Payment Schedule: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the project schedule. The remaining 50% balance must be remitted upon successful project completion and prior to the final handover or deployment of the project deliverables.
• Payment Method: All payments shall be processed through our authorized payment gateway, Razorpay.
• Pricing: All pricing is bespoke and project-specific, determined during the Discovery phase.

• Client Assets: The Client retains ownership of all proprietary content, trademarks, and imagery provided to MathWave Web.
• Company Deliverables: Upon full and final payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to utilize the delivered software/website. MathWave Web retains ownership of the underlying technical architecture, proprietary code modules, and engineering methodologies.

MathWave Web maintains a pro-bono program for registered non-profit organizations and entities dedicated to natural resource conservation. Acceptance into this program is at the sole discretion of the Company and subject to the verification of valid non-profit credentials.

Services are provided on an "as-is" basis. MathWave Web shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party hosting failures, domain registrar issues, or external platform outages (including, but not limited to, payment gateways or API services).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in our operating region.
